Can existing email be included?
Yes, but that falls under Migration Premium. A new setup and a migration are different projects.
What if my situation turns out to be more complex?
Then we discuss what is needed upfront. Extra work outside scope is not added afterwards without agreement.
Is Outlook or device setup included?
Basic checks and explanation can be part of the package, but extended device management or complex Outlook issues are outside the standard setup.
